The layout of the house is designed so that 3 people can feel comfortable in it.
The building meets the A+ class energy efficiency rating.

Every house is built with the long-term needs of the customer in mind. Sustainable materials are used in construction. The building is equipped with an air/water heat pump and warm floors.
